Company Atmosphere: Digicorp respects its employees and allow them to represent their own ideas. We have very friendly atmosphere. I think no one can find this type of atmosphere anywhere else easily.
Sports Activities: Digicorp organizes Digicorp Cricket League (DCL) which is an internal cricket tournament at least once a year. This is one of the best event of Digicorp. Directors also participate and play with us like friends. I never thought that I will play cricket in my professional life but I am getting much more than my expectations at Digicorp.
Work Atmosphere: We have freedom to choose our work. If we have completed our work, we are allowed to work on things we like.

Our fun activities & events include ..

Annual Event
Where all Digicorpians (yeah we know it sounds corny but so what!) get a chance to display their talents and creativity. This event allows us to interact with one another at a personal level and just be ourselves. It's one of the key reasons that Digicorp feels like one big happy family. -
Annual Picnic
Every year whole company go crazy together for one full day at some remote location. This is one of the most sought after event and we choose the location, group activities carefully to get maximum out of it! -
DCL (Digicorp Cricket League)
3 people having lunch on a normal day, spark of an idea and that was the birth of Digicorp Cricket League (DCL) in 2008. We were so excited that we named three teams "Lions", "Tigers" and "Panthers" and started the league without any delay! From there on DCL has become the most happening team event at Digicorp. -
DTTL (Digicorp Table Tennis League)
Only few of us knew table tennis but that did not prevent us from buying a brand new Table Tennis table in our lunch area. Once the table arrived, the enthusiasm for learning the game became so high that we had to launch DTTL in couple of months only. -
Movie a Month
Movies are in our blood. Therefore a regular movie evening is a must! At digicorp, every last Saturday of the month is a Movie Night! -
No Talk Fridays
Inspired from Jason Fried's speech at TEDxMidwest, we started following "No Talk Fridays" every week. It means no one can talk to each other from 2PM to 6PM. 4 hours of complete silence and considerable boost in productivity at office. -
Bhel Parties
Started as a small event conceptualized by our health care team, this has become a quick and fun get together for everyone at Digicorp now.
