What we did?

We developed the website from scratch based on Getting Real philosophy. We kept it very simple and did not allow feature requests to clutter the website. Patients can upload their medical records in various formats such as word, pdf, images etc. Doctors can access these records using a unique number and search keywords inside the word and pdf documents too.
