Network Administrator (Linux and Windows) ( Exp: 5+ Years )
What are we looking for?
-You should possess a minimum relevant experience of 5 years.
-You must possess an advanced level of troubleshooting experience of Windows Server 2008/12, Mac OS and Linux series: RHEL, UBUNTU, CentOS servers. – You must possess hands-on experience working and managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Google Suite, VMware ESXI, Spiceworks, AWS cloud, Web hosting providers, Gitlab, Mattermost, IIS, Apache and Nginx, MySQL, MSSQL and MongoDB, Slack, etc.
-Diploma and Degree in computers with a focus on Network Design and Administration is a must.
-Certification of Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE or MCITP) is a must, whereas RHCSA/RHCE and CCNA can be a cherry on the top :).
-You should be an expert in troubleshooting the database services: MySQL, MsSOL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
-You should have hands-on experience in VMWare ESX/ESXi.
-You should have experience in network monitoring and inventory systems like Spiceworks.
-You should have expert knowledge in designing, deploying network equipment like Firewall, Routers, Switches, Network Cabling, etc.
-You should be excellent when it comes to oral communication. You should have strong interpersonal skills.
-You should have the ability to make the user/client understand the technicalities his/her way.
-You should be highly self-motivated and directed.
-You should always stay with a highly positive attitude and attentive to the details.
-Should possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-You should have hands-on experience in working with a team and a collaborative environment.
What will you do at Digicorp?
-You would assist with maintaining the LAN, Wifi network, hardware, and firewall(Sophos) including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and optimization, capacity, and continuity planning.
-You would be providing design and ongoing maintenance and support to infrastructure services.
-You would also be assisting the planning, designing, and implementation of new technological solutions including cloud services.
-You would be participating in the shooting out the troubles (troubleshooting :)) for the Windows and Linux Servers and applications.
-You should possess an ability to interact with hardware and software vendors for procuring new hardware/software and to ensure timely resolution to any issues or outages.
-You would make sure that the servers and applications meet proper performance, security, and capacity standards.
-You would be designing and implementing shell scripts and other tools to automate processes (installation, configuration, back up, etc.)
-You would be responding at a flash to production issues and take responsibility to sort them through resolution.
-You should facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining detailed, comprehensive documentation, and diagrams.
