The Digicorp Growth Story

Payal is an attentive and communicative Human Resources Manager with 15 years of experience in people management plus 3-years into software development. She started working in Human Resources by chance.

With a masters degree in IT, she started her career as a Software Developer with one of the companies based in the US and was involved in developing software for the healthcare industry. In a matter of three years she led the team, communicated with the client, understood the requirements, distributed work to the team members and helped them.

Thanks to this role, it made her realize that she was a people’s person, someone who is gregarious and enjoys being around people. So, she thought of taking up a different job, a job that helped her identify, develop, empower and facilitate people to work at their highest level. Opportunity struck and she started working as a HR Manager at Digicorp.

Her strong written & verbal communication skills, attention to detail & the ability to gain trust helped her quickly establish as a People Manager of choice. As a People Manager at Digicorp, Payal has gained expertise in talent acquisition, talent development, talent assessment, organization development and is always instrumental in making Digicorp the best place to work.

A strong believer of radical candor, Payal loves reading self-development and business books, “No Rules Rules” being her favorite. She’s a strict disciplinarian mother to her two kids and in her free time you would find her spending quality time with her husband either cycling by the river side or dining at her favorite joint and making a lot of travel plans. 

Supriya is a UI & UX Designer, Creative Thinker, Problem Solver, Design Mentor with overall experience of 17 years. She has conceptualized User Experiences and crafted Interfaces for top of the line Digital B2B and B2C Products in multiple domains. She understands and successfully applies user-centric design principles, human computer interaction elements and modern UI best practices throughout all the products that are designed and developed at Digicorp. She leverages her powerful communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to analytically support her design decisions. She further uses her experience to design and execute an induction training program for design interns, mentor and train a team of Graphic and Front-End Designers into Full-Stack Designers at Digicorp.

She started her journey with Digicorp as a Jr. Web Designer in 2007. For the past 9 years her focus has been on leading an overall UI/UX  Standards/Process effort towards multiple Products by closely working with a team of Full Stack Designers, Product Managers and VP Operations. She has also Conceptualized, ideated and co-founded Propeller.in a UI Framework for Front-End Designers and Developers.Supriya is an ardent reader, loves to travel and is a shopaholic. When not at her work desk, you will find Supriya experimenting her culinary skills on her family and friends or indulging into her new-found love for gardening.

Sanket Patel is the co-founder of Digicorp with two decades of experience in the Healthtech Industriy. He has extensive knowledge in strategic business planning, business development, product design & development, and forming strategic partnerships. He has played a pivotal role in shaping successful ventures such as TechSoup, Jetpacked, Cricheroes, Petpooja, and Rejig. In addition to his professional achievements, he is an avid road-tripper, trekker, tech enthusiast, and film buff.

Nachiket being a co-founder oversees every facet of our daily operations. His responsibilities encompass executing operational strategies, ensuring top-notch work quality, building quality teams, and managing the organization’s finances. Furthermore, Nachiket brings with him a wealth of experience in the healthcare, fintech, non-profits, and edutech industries, where he played an integral role in product development and fostering strong client relationships.

An avid sportsman, he has a passion for trekking, long-running and cycling (yes, marathons), road trips, and clicking photos. Nachiket used to be a good cricketer and was selected for the state team. He is a nature and music lover. He is also trained in the Tabla (classical Instrument).

Kuntal is an ex co-founder of Digicorp and co-founder of Crichereos. He also mentors Vastra App – a Digicorp Venture.

Kuntal started his career as a software engineer, a tech lead, and a project manager, then transforming himself into product manager by working on large-scale enterprise products. He is currently working as a Growth Manager with Crichereos to design and execute growth initiatives.

Apart from building technology products and businesses, Kuntal has an active interest in learning Yoga and other Vedic Literature.

Abhishek is an ex co-founder of Digicorp and founder of CricHeroes. CricHeroes is an India-first Mobile-first platform organizing the vast sector of local Cricket. It bridges the gap between passionate amateur cricketers and international cricketers with the help of technology.

He is a strong believer in Getting Real philosophy and makes sure that everyone, including clients, reads it even if he has to email it in a piecemeal fashion!

In his free time you will probably find Abhishek either outdoors playing cricket, watching a good movie; or indoors reading books, playing with his lovely daughter and son.
