I had the privilege to experience their motto “Change is the Only Constant” in my 10 years of career with Digicorp. By starting as a Java Developer to now being a Product Manager, it has been a great learning curve over the years. The silver lining being the work atmosphere and culture. Currently while working on different projects, I also got an understanding of how different domains work and what kind of Techno Functional understanding is required to execute them in a proper way.

I joined Digicorp as a Junior Web Designer back in 2007 and grew to be a Principal Designer. I also got an opportunity to work on my idea Propeller which grew into a Startup. Digicorp is a people centric company, a place where I’m free to put forward my ideas, a place where I grow with every product delivered, where small and big achievements are applauded and celebrated. Very few people have mentors/colleagues who are reliably helpful, kind, and understanding, and I feel that I’ve been so much blessed to have worked with Abhishek, Kuntal, Sanket & Nachiket. Not only have I felt impassioned working with people here, I have learnt and grown professionally and personally.

12 years is a long time! Few things in our lives last that long! Thank you for these remarkable years of learning, transparency, warmth, support and more than anything else TRUST!!

I’ve been working with Digicorp for more than 4 years. It’s not just another IT company, Digicorp is one of the few companies that cares not just about its clients, but also for their employees. It provides us a conducive and employee-friendly work environment, which helps us, employees, to be pro-active and deliver quality work to the clients. “Time flies so fast! Its been more than 14 years here at Digicorp and I have come a long way. When I joined Digicorp, I just had basic accounting knowledge but today after 15 years, I handle all the finances of the company.

The founders saw the urge of learning new things in me and encouraged me to work on both service-based and product-based company accounting which are very different from each other. They trust employees for the decisions they make as a part of the company. They are supportive, flexible and most importantly approachable.

The structure of the company is informal, all the employees are very co-operative. And, yearly team events, TT tournament, Cricket League helps us bond as one big family.”
