When I joined Digicorp in 2018, most of employees were working with Digicorp over a decade. I was surprised because in IT industry people are taking jump for higher salary or to decrease mental stress. Why employees stick to Digicorp? I understood it after experiencing the environment here. I got to know that workplace can also be fun and refreshing. Such people centric environment is because of approachable and visionary founders and directors who believe in solution oriented approach. We get opportunities to empower with new technology projects, the freedom to explore new ideas, make decisions, and voice our thoughts openly. Best quality I learnt here from my mentors is, every human will make mistake , but how to deal with that situation patiently is importantly. With a supportive environment and abundant opportunities for growth, Digicorp truly stands out as a remarkable organization to be a part of.
